Apparel FZCO is seeking an Executive - Accounts & Finance to oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, including supervisory/managerial exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; CFA/CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, journal entries and reconciliations; ensure timely closing and financial statements.
• Handle taxation compliance and statutory filings; assist audits and queries.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, collections and bank reconciliations.
• Assist budgeting, MIS reporting and variance analysis for management decisions.
• Monitor treasury/cash flow and coordinate with banks for transactions.
• Drive ERP process improvements (SAP/Oracle/Tally) for accuracy.

To support and manage financial operations ensure accuracy in financial reporting and maintain compliance with accounting standards regulatory requirements and internal controls The role involves assisting in financial planning reconciliation and strategic financial management to enhance the organization s fiscal health and long-term sustainability

Responsibility

• Accounting Financial Reporting Maintain and oversee general ledger accounts journal entries and reconciliations Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements Assist in financial reporting including P L balance sheet and cash flow statements
• Taxation Compliance Handle GST TDS and other statutory filings within deadlines Ensure compliance with tax laws accounting standards and regulatory requirements Assist in audits internal statutory and tax and resolve queries
• Accounts Payable Receivable Manage vendor payments employee reimbursements and expense tracking Oversee customer invoicing collections and credit control Reconcile bank statements supplier accounts and customer accounts
• Budgeting MIS Reporting Assist in preparing budgets forecasts and variance analysis Generate MIS reports for management decision-making Track financial KPIs and ensure cost control measures
• Treasury Cash Flow Management Monitor cash flow fund allocation and banking transactions Coordinate with banks for payments loans and other financial matters
• ERP Process Improvement Work on ERP systems SAP Oracle Tally etc for financial transactions Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Qualification

The ideal Executive - Accounts Finance - should have 3-4 years of experience in finance or accounting including experience in a supervisory or managerial role Proficiency in financial analysis budgeting forecasting and financial reporting Bachelor s degree in finance Accounting or a related field CFA or CPA preferred Strong analytical strategic planning and decision-making skills In-depth understanding of financial principles investment strategies and regulatory compliance
