Confidential in Al Buraymi Governorate seeks a Business Application Manager responsible for optimizing enterprise business applications including ERP and POS systems. This role ensures application stability, security, and alignment with business goals, while managing a team and driving digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in business applications management, especially within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing sectors. Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, project management, and process improvement is required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in business applications management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Dynamics 365).
• Experience managing system upgrades, rollouts, and multi-departmental projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full lifecycle of business applications including ERP, POS, HRMS, and mobile apps.
• Lead a team of functional consultants, application analysts, and support specialists.
• Work with department heads to understand business needs and translate into functional requirements.
