Job summary

Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a Kitchen Specialist to support the Engineering Department and ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and related systems. You will maintain equipment, address technical issues promptly, and coordinate with other departments to uphold service excellence.

The role focuses on maintaining kitchen and building systems, preventive maintenance knowledge, and collaboration with multiple hotel teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
• Knowledge in preventive maintenance programs and special projects will be valuable.
• Technical knowledge of kitchen equipment, ventilation systems, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment, or hydraulics will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent service to customers.
• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department.
• Maintain optimal kitchen equipment and systems and address technical issues promptly.
