Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, UX or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate design vision, UX strategy and experience roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end UX lifecycle: research, ideation, prototyping, testing and iteration.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries and guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing and research teams.
• Translate user insights and business goals into actionable design specs.
