DMC Healthcare in Oman seeks a qualified Staff Nurse for an oil & gas industrial site. The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing with an AEMT certification, and preferably Occupational Health Nursing certification.

Only male candidates are considered, with a maximum age of 50. Minimum 5 years in emergency department or emergency medical service, ideally with onshore, offshore, refinery, or petrochemical experience.

Qualifications, Competencies & Skills

Bachelor of Nursing, with Certification in Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), Mandatory, and preferably with Certification in Occupational Health Nursing. This Project is for oil & Gas Industrial Site. Only Male Staff Nurse required. Age criteria 50 Years.

Nationality: Any Nationality

Training certification in the following subjects, which shall be valid at the beginning and throughout the contract, with third-party international certification:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• START Triage Certification
• First Aid Instructor (AHA Heartsaver)
• HACCP Level 3 Food Safety
• ECG and Airway Management
• ISO 45001 Auditor Certification
• Limited X-ray Machine Operator (LXMO) or equivalent (only for Block 60 - Bisat)
• Air Ambulance Operations Training
• Medical Review Officer (MRO) Certification

Intermediate knowledge in Occupational Medical Evaluations, Health Risk Assessment and Health Programs (Hearing Protection and Respiratory Protection, Heat Stress and Chemical Exposure Surveillance), with certificates.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge in performing and interpretation of tests/screenings, such as hearing, vision, lung function, electrocardiogram, vitals monitoring, drugs or alcohol, etc.

Highly proficient in performing nursing procedures with precision and confidence.

High level of accountability for professional practice, functioning as a licensed independent practitioner.

Effective communication, leadership, teamwork, patient-centric care, and decision-making.

Experience

5 years of experience in emergency department or emergency medical service, preferably with experience in working at Onshore, Offshore, Refinery, Petrochemical or Petroleum processes.
