Job summary
Teampro HR & IT Services in Muscat, Oman is seeking an experienced Elevator Technician - Installation for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. You will follow shop drawings, perform mechanical and electrical assembly, and ensure safe installation inside shafts and machine rooms.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in elevator installation, hold ITI or 10th pass, and can read technical layouts while coordinating with site engineers to meet project timelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator installation or lift erection.
- Experience with reputed elevator companies preferred.
- ITI or 10th pass qualification suitable for this role.
- Ability to read shop drawings, layouts, and schematics.
- Willingness to work at heights and in shafts.
Responsibilities
- Carry out elevator installation and erection work per drawings and manufacturer guidelines.
- Assist in installing mechanical components, guide rails, doors, cabins, and related parts.
- Support electrical installation including basic wiring and control panel tasks.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and installation instructions.
- Work safely inside shafts and on ladders, following safety procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to complete tasks on schedule.
- Report site issues and material shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and safe conditions around the installation area.
- Support testing and final inspection preparations after installation.
