Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 8–10 years in Electrical Maintenance in water desalination/power plants; 2 years in supervision.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the activities and work of the team members to ensure targets and business plans are met.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance and overhaul activities to maintain plant reliability.
- Lead inquiries and troubleshooting for critical electrical equipment and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate outages and ensure timely manpower/material availability and safety compliance.
- Maintain SAP documentation and data integrity for maintenance activities.
