Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading electrical maintenance teams in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical environments.
• Proficiency with CMMS (SAP-PM) and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance works for Polymers Plant and supervise the team.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance activity to ensure asset availability.
• Manage budget and costs for the electrical maintenance scope.
• Ensure safety and compliance with ESRAP and industry standards.
