Job summary

TUV Rheinland Middle East LLC - Oman, Al Wusta is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee mechanical maintenance and lead the maintenance team. You will coordinate work orders via CMMS (SAP) and collaborate with the maintenance engineer to ensure timely completion and compliance with IMS and HSSE requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering required with extensive maintenance experience.
Experience in CMMS/SAP and coordinating with maintenance engineers.
Understanding of IMS, HSSE and legal/compliance requirements.
Strong English communication and leadership for maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

Execute work orders via CMMS (SAP) and coordinate with maintenance engineer.
Prepare spares and materials inventory to meet maintenance needs.
Ensure IMS objectives, targets and programs are implemented and reported.
Ensure HSSE compliance and permit-to-work adherence.
Lead maintenance team and manage budgeting and cost control.
