Job summary

JobItUs in Oman seeks an Electrical Designer with 8+ years of experience to deliver detailed electrical drawings for substations and switchyards.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, cable sizing, lighting and earthing design, and familiarity with E3D modelling; PLS CADD experience is a plus. Oil & Gas or Power sector exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in detailed electrical drawings for substations and switchyards.
• Proficient with AutoCAD for layouts, cable schedules, and MTOs.
• Knowledge of cable sizing, lighting and earthing design.
• Oil & Gas and Power sector experience preferred.
• Experience with E3D modelling; PLS CADD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical drawings for substations and switchyards.
• Create single line diagrams, layouts, routing, cable schedules and MTOs.

Job Description : 8 to 10 Years of experience in Preparation of Detailed Electrical Engineering Drawings Substations Single Line Diagrams, Equipment Layouts, Switchyard Layouts
Cable Trench/ Routing Layouts, Cable Schedules, Bulk MTOs, Lighting and Earthing Layouts using Auto-cad.
Candidate shall have Knowledge of Cable sizing, Lighting Design and Earthing Design using any renowned software.
Experience in Oil & gas Companies and Power Sector Companies preferable.
Experience in E3D modelling and OHL Design deliverables using PLS Cadd software is an added advantage.
