Job summary

Energy Jobline is seeking an experienced pre-commissioning and commissioning electrical superintendent to lead and coordinate electrical activities on a major onshore energy development project. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 12–15 years in electrical engineering on large EPC/energy projects.
• Hands-on HV/LV systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, energization, and system handover.
• Validate construction completion, punch list clearance, and mechanical completion dossiers to ensure readiness for commissioning.
• Oversee insulation resistance tests, continuity checks, functional tests, loop checks, and high-voltage testing.
• Coordinate with construction, instrumentation, mechanical and operations teams to meet milestones and safety standards.
• Provide progress reports, manage punch lists, and ensure proper documentation and handover.
