Job summary

Mefriend Business Solutions in Muscat is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to bridge between Sales, Creative, Digital, Events, Accounts and Clients. You will prepare quotations, proposals, agreements and other sales documents, and ensure CRM is updated with client information and progress.

The role tracks enquiries through closure, schedules client meetings, coordinates presentations, follows up on quotations and approvals, and coordinates internally for project execution after order

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years in Sales Coordination or related roles (freshers with strong skills considered).
• Fluent in English; Malayalam as preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Sales Creative Digital Events Accounts and Clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements and other sales documents.
• Maintain and update CRM with client information and sales progress.
• Track every enquiry until closure.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate presentations.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and pitch decks.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations and approvals.
• Coordinate internally for project execution after order confirmation.
• Assist in invoice generation and payment follow-up.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of all client communications.
• Support the Sales Team in achieving business targets.
