Job summary

Positions Abroad in Muscat, Oman, is seeking a qualified Group and Personal Trainer for a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will lead both group HIIT and individual sessions, handling 8–24 clients daily with a strong emphasis on coaching presence and premium client care.

Requirements include REPS/NASM/ACE or equivalent, Hyrox/Crossfit L1/2, and excellent English communication. Competitive salary offered with commissions and full relocation-style benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years industry experience (1–2 years in a commercial facility).
• Strong coaching presence with premium client handling ability.
• Experience delivering energy-driven group training (HIIT/functional/circuit).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to sell and convert personal training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead group and personal training sessions.
• Manage 8–24 clients per session.
• Deliver experience-driven sessions, not just workouts.
• Maintain high personal-brand standards (appearance, energy, professionalism).
• Collaborate with team to foster client engagement and retention.
