Electrical Industries Company is seeking a skilled manufacturing technician to read engineering drawings and process instructions, prepare molds, casting equipment, and materials according to production specifications.

You will perform mold assembly, ensure proper positioning and securing of coils, carry out resin mixing, molding, casting and curing, and verify dimensions and quality while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of assembly techniques and quality requirements.
• Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Read and understand relevant manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and process requirements.
• Prepare molds, casting equipment, and materials according to production specifications.
• Perform mold assembly, ensure proper positioning and securing of coils before casting.
• Carry out resin mixing, molding, casting and curing according to procedures and process parameters.
• Verify dimensions, clearances, and visual quality, and complete checklists and production records.
• Report any non-conforming materials, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the Leadman or Section Supervisor.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean, organized and safe condition while complying with all safety and quality requirements.
• Achieve production targets within the specified time frame and quality standards, following the instructions of the leadman and section supervisor.
