We have an urgent requirement for Dotnet Full Stack Developer for our client based in, Muscat,Oman

Purpose of the Role

• Client is running a portfolio-level initiative to deliver business applications faster and at lower cost using AI-assisted ("vibe-coded") development, while meeting full enterprise governance. The role has two objectives: build business-critical applications at pace and scale, and establish the delivery pipeline, standards and guardrails that will allow client own business-based developers to deliver in the same way afterwards.
• This is a hands‑on build role with a capability‑building obligation attached. The successful candidate writes production code and leaves behind a documented, repeatable delivery method.
  

Key Accountabilities

• Rapidly design, develop and deliver applications to production‑deployable standard.
• Define and document the reference architecture and technology stack for AI‑assisted development, aligned to the client’s corporate application architecture standards.
• Establish the minimum documentation, cyber security, information security, information management, data and hosting standards to be met before and during development.
• Implement a code‑review, testing and support model fit for enterprise deployment: named technical owner, architecture and peer review, automated security scanning, formal release approval.
• Define the end‑to‑end pathway from business idea to enterprise deployment, including controls that prevent unmanaged shadow IT.
• Support business product ownership and deliver a documented handover to the client’s product owners and IT function.
• Capture reusable guardrails, patterns and guidance for future AI‑assisted development initiatives.
• Stand up the AI‑assisted delivery pipeline and mentor the client’s business‑based (citizen) developers to deliver independently.

Essential -Core Technology Stack (must Be Strong)

• 5+ years hands‑on .NET delivery: C#, ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, .NET 6+.
• SQL Server and Oracle to a deep level: schema and data model design, T‑SQL and PL/SQL, stored procedures, query and index tuning, migration scripting.
• Front end: Blazor, Razor, or a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework (React or Angular).
• REST API design, integration patterns, and message/interface handling.
• CI/CD on Azure DevOps / TFS: Git branching strategy, automated build, release pipelines, automated test, static analysis and dependency scanning.
• Enterprise authentication and integration: Active Directory / Entra ID, LDAP, SAP data interfaces.
• Secure development practice: OWASP, secrets management, data classification, secure hosting patterns.
• Ability to produce architecture and design documentation to a corporate template and defend it in security and architecture review forums.

Essential - AI‑Assisted Development

• Demonstrable working fluency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode or equivalent). Candidates must be able to evidence applications they have personally delivered this way; tool familiarity alone is not sufficient.
• Context and prompt engineering; decomposing work so that generated code remains reviewable and maintainable.
• Command of the failure modes - hallucinated or unsafe dependencies, silent security defects, licensing and IP exposure, unmaintainable output - and the controls for each.
• Traceability discipline: prompt - generated code - test - review - approval, evidenced in the repository.

Desirable -Breadth

Working knowledge of stacks beyond the core is valued: Python, Node.js/TypeScript services, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, containerisation, embedded and analytical databases (SQLite, DuckDB, PostgreSQL), cloud and in‑country hosting models. Prior delivery in oil and gas or another regulated, asset‑intensive industry, exposure to barrier management or project portfolio management, and experience coaching citizen developers are all advantageous.
