Applicants should have a high school diploma or vocational diesel training, a valid CDL with air brake endorsement, ASE certification, and 3–5 years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical diesel training preferred.
• Valid CDL with air brake endorsement.
• ASE certification in diesel engine repair.
• 3–5 years of hands-on diesel engine repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in heavy vehicle diesel engines using advanced tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements and fluid checks per manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct thorough inspections of diesel vehicles and recommend necessary repairs for safety and performance.
• Execute major engine overhauls including cylinder head repairs and crankshaft replacements.
