AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Design Manager – Electrical to lead the electrical design for hospitality and leisure assets, guiding power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, and smart technologies to deliver reliability and exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage design development from concept to IFC, coordinate with architects and MEP teams, and drive energy efficiency and BIM-enabled delivery while ensuring compliance with local and international codes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 20+ years in electrical design, preferably in hospitality or mixed-use developments.
• Expertise in lighting design and guest-experience driven solutions.
• Knowledge of international standards and local codes.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with BIM and smart building technologies.
