Dealership Finance Manager: Forecasting & Controls

Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a finance professional to support dealership operations across Sales and Aftersales. You will partner with branch management to provide decision support for budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and KPI achievement, while ensuring strong compliance with policies.

You will lead the branch finance team, manage cash and intercompany reconciliations, and drive improvements in internal controls and audit follow-up across the network.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in finance, with strong IFRS and VAT knowledge.
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional finance qualification.
• Experience in internal controls and audit follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting and SAP uploads for Sales and Aftersales operations.
• Oversee sales accounting, documentation, cash control, refunds, petty cash and reconciliations.
• Review and strengthen stock, debtor, insurance and WIP controls; inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure branch adherence to finance SOPs and support internal audit reviews.
• Lead, supervise and develop the branch finance team and support ad hoc reports.
