Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is supporting a global energy group on the AMIRAL Data Steward program based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

The role centers on data governance, data quality, and master/reference data for the Digital Twin and engineering data environment. You will implement the approved AMIRAL data governance model, maintain data ownership and documentation, and coordinate with EPCC teams to ensure timely submissions and auditable records.

Qualifications

• Engineering, data management, information systems, maintenance or related technical qualification.
• Oil, gas or petrochemical project experience involving engineering data and databases.
• Experience with engineering tools, EDMS and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement the AMIRAL data governance model within the assigned scope.
• Maintain data ownership, stewardship, technical custody, validation and approval responsibilities.
• Document critical data objects, definitions, business rules, sources, uses and quality expectations.
• Support governance reviews, audits and action plans.
• Define and operate checks for data completeness, validity, timeliness, and traceability.
• Produce quality reports and maintain an auditable submission register.
• Coordinate data exchange with EPCC teams and ensure compliant templates and formats.
• Prepare data for commissioning, operations and handover; support training of users.
