Job summary

GulfSea Services in Nizwa, Oman, seeks an experienced Florist for our boutique shop. You will design and create stunning floral arrangements for weddings, events, and daily customers, with a strong eye for color, balance, and presentation.

Join a small, collaborative team and provide excellent customer service while maintaining stock, keeping the workspace tidy, and staying on top of current trends. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of florist experience in a retail setting.
• Strong knowledge of flowers, their care instructions, and how to arrange them in various styles (traditional, modern, etc).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
• Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Design and create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other events.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with floral selections and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory by ordering supplies and tracking stock.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to generate new design ideas.
• Stay updated on current floral industry trends and incorporate them into offerings.
