Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a flower shop or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong passion for floral design and knowledge of different types of flowers is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work on weekends or holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles is a plus.
