Mekdam Technical Services in Oman is seeking an experienced piping supervisor for offshore decks/topsides and living quarters. The role requires a diploma and extensive offshore piping supervision experience, including line walks, hydrotesting, and piping completions.

The ideal candidate has 8 years of offshore piping supervision, familiarity with multinational teams, exotic, GRE and carbon steel piping systems, CRA clad piping, and a solid grasp of industry codes, standards, safety, and

• Experience with spool fabrication and installation.
• Experience of piping completions - line walks, hydrotesting, flushing/drying, re-instatement and flange management.

• Diploma
• Knowledge and/or Experience:-
• 8 years' experience of large offshore decks/topsides/living quarters in a Piping supervisory position
• Experience with multinational teams
• Experience of exotic, GRE and carbon steel piping systems
• Good working knowledge and understanding of industry standard work practices and codes/standards.
• Experience of spool fabrication and installation.
• Experience of piping completions - line walks, hydrotesting, flushing/drying, re-instatement and flange management
• CRA clad piping experience

Technical and Business Skills:-

• Ability to handle site problems
• Excellent track records in construction safety results
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation,brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
• Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
