Job summary

PixelWave Studios in Al Buraymi, Oman, is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules and resources to ensure projects are finished on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of construction management experience, with strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent project management skills including budgeting and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Plan organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor progress
• Communicate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Manage resources including materials equipment and labor
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
• Prepare progress reports for senior management
