Job summary

Dewan Consultants is urgently hiring a Confectioner for a leading Hypermarket in Saudi Arabia (KSA). The position involves preparing cakes, pastries, and other confectionery items while ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Certification in Bakery or related fields and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. A competitive salary of 1600 SAR along with accommodation and transportation will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Confectioner, Pastry Chef, Baker, or Cake Decorator.
• Good English communication skills with a pleasing personality.
• Age limit: Min. 22 - 35 Years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce cakes, pastries, chocolates, sweets, candies, cookies, and other confectionery items.
• Create attractive decoration and presentation for bakery & confectionery products.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain product consistency & quality.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Operate bakery and confectionery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Maintain freshness and proper display of confectionery products.

Skills

Knowledge of confectionery preparation & decoration

Creativity in cake decoration and dessert presentation

Knowledge of food hygiene & safety standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/hypermarket environment

Teamwork and good communication skills

Education
