• Solid background in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel's commercial strategy across all revenue-generating segments.
• Lead and manage the Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams.
• Drive room, F&B, and ancillary revenues to exceed budgeted targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with corporate, government, and travel partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and business opportunities to maximize revenues.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with operations to align commercial goals with guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Monitor sales production and implement action plans to improve performance and market penetration.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and brand positioning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Rotana standards, policies, and commercial guidelines.
