Job summary

Client of Dolphin Manpower is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily civil construction activities at the project site. You will manage workers, subcontractors, and site manpower while ensuring work aligns with drawings and specs.

Read structural and architectural drawings, supervise excavation, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, brick work, plastering, flooring, paving and drainage works. Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, and HSE to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of site supervision experience in civil construction.
• Must read and understand civil, structural and architectural drawings.
• Proven ability to manage workers, subcontractors and site manpower.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Manage and allocate workers, subcontractors, and site manpower.
• Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Supervise excavation, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, blockwork, plastering, flooring, paving and drainage works.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, QA QC, HSE, contractors and project managers.
• Monitor daily progress to achieve project targets.
