Job summary

Nama Holding, a strategic leader for electricity distribution and water/wastewater ventures, seeks an executive to steer the group’s strategic direction, procurement excellence, and resilience programs. You will coordinate with Nama Group subsidiaries, drive performance, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance across the portfolio. The role demands robust leadership, collaboration with Board and senior teams, and a focus on service reliability and stakeholder value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strategic leadership experience in large utilities or infrastructure groups.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance knowledge for complex organisations.
• Proven ability to drive performance, procurement efficiency and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Nama Holding and group strategy and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead strategic direction development and cascade it across Nama Group.
• Set annual targets for subsidiaries and monitor performance for corrective actions.
• Drive group-wide benchmarking, R&D, and procurement standardisation initiatives.
• Oversee business continuity, resilience, and crisis management across the group.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and compliance standards are met.
