Your main duties will include measuring and cutting materials, reading blueprints, and ensuring the structural integrity of each project.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or other specifications
• Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware
• Inspect work progress to ensure conformity to specifications and quality standards
• Follow safety regulations while operating equipment or working on job sites
• Collaborate with other team members including architects, engineers, and contractors
