Job summary

EuroTech in Oman is seeking a skilled Carpenter to construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures. You will read blueprints and follow instructions, using hand and power tools, while maintaining safety and efficiency on site in Khasab.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of carpentry experience and can work independently with minimal supervision. Salary is 900$ per month with accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Carpenter.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools used in carpentry.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Previous experience in the construction industry (preferred).
• Good communication skills (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (preferred).

In this role you will be responsible for constructing, installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood and wallboard. You will also be required to read blueprints and follow specific instructions to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently. To excel in this position you should have a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
