Job summary

Ahlibank in Oman seeks a seasoned Manager - Card Center to lead card operations, ensuring accurate issuance, processing and dispute resolution. You will drive service improvements, coordinate with the Deputy Head of Card Centre and relevant stakeholders, and maintain strong controls.

Required are 8-12 years in card operations with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, banking or finance. This is a full-time role based in Muscat.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in card operations, including reconciliation, settlement and dispute resolution.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate staffing and capacity to meet service standards and deadlines.
• Oversee card issuance, replacement, renewal, upgrade/downgrade, activation and maintenance.
• Ensure settlements, reconciliation and dispute handling comply with maker-checker controls and deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory and card scheme compliance.
• Lead operational improvements and risk control measures across the Card Center.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field
