Job summary

GBC Development in Oman seeks a Camp Operations Specialist to manage the labour camp and staff village operations. You will maintain occupancy records, manage move-ins/outs, deposits and recharges, and support the Director of Operations on complex issues.

Role requires coordinating with FMSP, canteen, laundry and other service providers, enforcing camp rules, batching billing, and producing KPI dashboards for occupancy, incidents, and billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma level qualification with extensive operations and accommodation experience.
• Experience with outsourced service providers against KPIs.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; CAFM or property systems experience.
• Arabic desirable; fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Own accommodation register, occupancy records and move-ins/outs.
• Prepare rent and utilities billing; track arrears with Finance.
• Enforce camp rules; manage inspections and deposits.
• Coordinate with FMSP, canteen and laundry operators; ensure SLA compliance.
• Produce camp KPI dashboards and monthly operations reports.
