Job summary

ANZUK Education seeks a Secondary Business Studies Teacher for a British international school in Muscat, Oman. The role requires BTEC experience and UK curriculum delivery, with an ASAP 2026 start.

You will teach at secondary level up to BTEC Level 3, hold UK QTS or PGCE, and bring at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. Relocation to Muscat is expected for the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
• UK PGCE or other qualification giving UK QTS.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification teaching experience in secondary education.
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum of England; BTEC Level 3 experience desirable.
• Commitment to pupil welfare and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Teach Secondary Business Studies up to BTEC Level 3.
• Deliver UK curriculum with high standards of teaching and assessment.
• Contribute to pastoral care and extra-curricular activities.
