Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking a Secondary Maths Teacher for an excellent British international school in Muscat, Oman. The role involves teaching Maths at secondary level within the UK curriculum up to GCSE and A Level, starting ASAP 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
• UK PGCE or other UK QTS qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualifying relevant teaching experience in the secondary age range.
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England.
• A commitment to academic progress and the welfare and safeguarding of pupils.
• Knowledge and understanding of recent educational developments and best practice.
• Recent and consistent involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Previous international experience and/or working with students for whom English is not their first language will be an advantage.
• Clear criminal record.
• Ability to relocate immediately.
