Job summary

Merex Investment Group is looking for a BMS Technician to support engineering operations at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Al Buraymi Governorate, Oman. The role involves installing, programming, and troubleshooting BMS systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar BMS or automation role.
• Strong understanding of BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP networks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily engineering and maintenance operations of the Building Management System (BMS).
• Install, program, configure, and troubleshoot BMS-related hardware and software.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and troubleshooting of BMS installations.

Skills

BMS communication protocols knowledge

Microsoft Office proficiency

Familiarity with BMS platforms
