Job summary

Exalans And Hunar Corporate Solutions is seeking an experienced hydrographic survey professional for Muscat, Oman. You will process and analyze SBES/MBES survey data and ensure deliverables meet project specs.

Requirements include 3-5 years hands-on hydrographic surveying experience, strong data processing skills, and proficiency with PDS 2000 and HYPACK. Willingness to relocate to Muscat is expected for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced candidate with hands-on experience in Hydrographic and Bathymetric Surveying, particularly in:

• Single Beam Echo Sounder (SBES) Surveys
  


• Multi Beam Echo Sounder (MBES) Surveys
  


• Bathymetric Data Processing
  

Experience with software such as PDS 2000, HYPACK, or similar hydrographic processing tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and analyse hydrographic and bathymetric survey data.


• Handle data collected from Single Beam Echo Sounder (SBES) and Multi Beam Echo Sounder (MBES) surveys.


• Perform data cleaning, processing, validation, and quality checks.
  


• Prepare accurate bathymetric outputs and survey deliverables.
  


• Coordinate with survey teams to resolve data and processing issues.
