Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Baker in a professional bakery setting.
• Knowledge of different types of doughs and baking techniques.
• Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately.
• Good time management for efficient production during busy periods.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail for consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads pastries and other baked goods according to recipes
• Ensure quality and consistency of products by following proper measurements and techniques
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly to ensure proper baking
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
