Job summary

Gender seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement professional to support Lean initiatives and CI culture across OIA, driving improvement projects and capability-building activities.

You will apply structured problem-solving, develop dashboards, and provide analytical support in CI efforts, collaborating with multiple departments to deliver measurable improvements and standardize best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related fields.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.
  • 6–8 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Performance Management, Operations Excellence, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, business process improvement, or project management methodologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of Lean Culture and Continuous Improvement initiatives across OIA.
  • Assist departments in applying CI principles to improve operational performance and service delivery.
  • Contribute to the achievement of organizational improvement objectives through structured improvement activities.
  • Participate in CI projects and support teams in delivering improvement outcomes.
  • Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities using Lean tools and methodologies.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for CI initiatives across business units.
  • Support process mapping, reviews, and improvement workshops using Lean techniques.
  • Assist departments in developing and maintaining visual management tools, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Collect, analyze, and report performance data to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and CI methodologies in day-to-day improvement activities.
  • Support the documentation, standardization, and deployment of CI tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Contribute to maintaining CI standards and ensuring consistency in improvement approaches across OIA.
  • Support CI awareness sessions, workshops, and training programs.
  • Assist employees participating in improvement projects and Lean initiatives.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills in Lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies.
  • Collaborate with departments and project teams to support successful delivery of improvement initiatives.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across the organization.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to facilitate improvement activities.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and CI project documentation.
  • Maintain records of CI projects, benefits realization, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the monitoring and reporting of CI performance indicators and achievements.

Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile
