Candidates should have 10–15 years of civil/construction experience, GCC exposure, and strong skills in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of total civil/construction experience, including GCC.
• Extensive exposure to hospital, commercial, and residential building projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience supporting end-to-end project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale civil construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and construction milestones.
• Coordinate civil works across hospital, commercial, and residential building projects.
• Monitor site progress and identify schedule, resource, quality, and cost deviations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and applicable standards.
• Prepare project progress reports, forecasts, budgets, and management updates.
• Support project leadership in resolving technical and execution issues to achieve timely project delivery.

The requirement is for an experienced civil engineering professional with extensive exposure to hospital, commercial, and residential building projects. The successful candidate will support end-to-end project execution, planning, budgeting, coordination, and stakeholder management while ensuring projects meet required quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 10–15 years of total civil/construction experience, including GCC experience . Extensive experience in hospital, commercial, and residential building projects is required, together with strong exposure to project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
