Job summary

FlapKap is establishing a CMA-regulated private fund in Saudi Arabia to support SME growth. The Asset Management Associate will join the founding team and work closely with the Head of Asset Management.

You will contribute to deal origination, credit analysis, and portfolio monitoring, while helping set up fund policies and processes. This is a hands-on role with high growth potential in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in asset management, private credit, SME or corporate banking, credit analysis or investment banking.

Responsibilities

• Support SME deal origination, credit analysis, due diligence and underwriting
• Build financial models and prepare investment committee papers
• Monitor portfolio performance, covenants and risk indicators
• Help set up the fund's policies, procedures and operating processes during establishment
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, the fund administrator, the custodian and auditors
