Want More in Salalah is seeking an ambitious Entry-Level Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth by building client relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will help develop strategies, pursue new business, and provide exceptional service to clients.

You will manage a team of sales representatives, collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance, and monitor performance to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a sales role or relevant internship (experience in the Middle East market is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
