Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in a bakery setting.
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Good time-management skills and reliability.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods.
• Operate and monitor commercial baking equipment and ovens.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and notify of shortages.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer product questions.
