Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker.
• Knowledge of traditional breads and pastries.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid visa or residency in Oman.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, fillings, and batters according to recipes.
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, etc.
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked at the correct temperature for the right amount of time.
• Decorate and garnish baked goods as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery kitchen at all times; assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when needed.
• Train new team members on baking techniques and company policies.
