Job summary

Galadari Brothers Co. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage AR/AP activities and month-end closing. The role involves ensuring accurate receivables, reconciliations, and adherence to internal controls within Oracle ERP.

The candidate should have 5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of AR, AP, General Accounting and Fixed Assets. Retail or F&B exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• M.Com, CA Inter or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Strong accounting knowledge with AR, AP, General Accounting and Fixed Assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities and close accounts monthly.
• Monitor customer receivables, aging, overdue balances and coordinate with Sales team for collections.
• Reconcile Home Delivery sales, commissions and ensure daily collections are accounted.
• Process receipts, invoices, credit notes and master data in Oracle ERP.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and three-way matching of PR, PO, Invoice and GRN.
