The position is fixed-term to provide classroom cover while an existing teacher is released to undertake additional school‑wide responsibilities in Term 4, 2026

Cornerstone Christian School is seeking a passionate, skilled, and adaptable New Zealand Teaching Council Fully Registered teacher to join our team in a fixed term, part-time position (0.2 FTTE) in a Year 7 class.

This position will suit a teacher who enjoys working in a close‑knit team, values strong relationships, and enjoys contributing to the school’s special character.

We are looking for a teacher who:

Terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Area School Teachers' Collective Agreement – Education in New Zealand (ASTCA). Individuals’ actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.

A willingness and ability to uphold the special character of the school, and a willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the special character of the school, shall be a condition of appointment.
