Job summary

Mount Aspiring College in Wanaka seeks a Certificated teacher to support Years 7–8 learners, fostering creativity, curiosity, and compassionate engagement. Mount Aspiring College is a year 7-13 school in Wānaka. We are a community school supporting students to achieve excellent results.

We are seeking a teacher (beginning or experienced) who is wanting to support our students to be creative, curious, courageous and compassionate learners, and who has an interest and expertise in teaching Years 7 and or 8, to support the engagement of our learners. Strengths in structured literacy and mathematics are essential, as well as an understanding of the refreshed curriculum.

This is a fixed-term position for 2027. Please state your other interests and teaching subjects.
