• Pedagogical and teacher practice oversight (assessment, planning, student data, etc.).
• Ensure ongoing collaboration across teams.
• Pastoral care for staff and students in team (incl. L2 discipline).
• Grow leadership capability within the team.
• Embed the KingsWay Collaboration Framework.
• Create an environment where student and staff strengths can flourish.
• Champion the language, vision, and values of KingsWay School.
