Job summary

Fletcher Building Group is seeking a Yard & Drive Thru Team Member in Lower Hutt. You will be part of the yard and Drive Thru team, helping customers, loading and unloading products, and processing orders.

Role is permanent full-time (40 hours per week), with Monday to Friday shifts. A full Class 1 driving licence and forklift licence are preferred, along with warehousing experience and good numeracy. Competitive rate and staff discounts offered.

Qualifications

• Full clean Class 1 driver licence and forklift licence/experience preferred.
• Warehousing experience or product knowledge is advantageous.
• Physically fit with strong health and safety values.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the timber yard and Drive Thru area.
• Load goods onto customer vehicles.
• Process customer orders and transactions.
• Pick orders for delivery when required.
• Monitor inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain an efficient warehouse.
• Operate a forklift.
