Aurora Energy in Cromwell/Dunedin invites applications for an administrative support role within the Works Delivery team. You will help keep project information accurate, process invoices and purchase orders, and maintain documentation and budgets.
The role suits someone with strong MS Office skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with contractors and managers, while upholding confidentiality and established processes.
This role provides administrative support to our Works Delivery team as they deliver maintenance, renewal and capital works across Aurora’s electricity network.
Working closely with Project Managers, Team Leaders, managers and contractors, you’ll help keep project information accurate, organised and easy to access. You’ll process invoices, claims and project costs, create and maintain purchase orders, support project documentation and approvals, and enter information into business systems.

Strong administration and organisational skills, supported by experience in a project, operational or similarly busy team.
Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with databases and business systems.
The ability to assist with reports and project information.
The ability to manage competing priorities, work within established processes and seek guidance when required.
A customer-focused, collaborative and professional approach, including maintaining confidentiality.
