Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Workplace & Facilities Lead to own and advance our facilities function across New Zealand. You will shape strategy, drive operations across property, maintenance, fleet and site services, and partner with Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Legal to deliver value.

You’ll lead governance, budgeting and supplier performance while mitigating health, safety and compliance risks. This role also focuses on improving employee experience and scalability for our global estate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading facilities or workplace functions across multiple sites.
• Experience managing budgets, planning and reporting.
• Experience with health, safety, compliance and risk management.
• Ability to build clear systems, processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities strategy and operations across property, maintenance, fleet, site services and capital works.
• Build the systems, processes and governance needed for a proactive, scalable facilities function.
• Own facilities budgeting, forecasting and supplier performance, partnering with Finance and Procurement.
• Ensure facilities-related health, safety, compliance and operational risks are well managed.
• Partner with People Team and leaders to improve workplace experiences and safety.
• Bring together internal and external expertise to continually improve the workplace.
• Establish a model that can evolve beyond New Zealand and support Gallagher’s global estate.
