Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a Workforce & Analytics Manager to optimise store operations through data-driven workforce planning and insightful analytics. You will lead a team delivering workforce intelligence, ensuring the right people are in the right places at the right times across our Auckland network.
The role sits at the intersection of analytics, operations, and workforce strategy, aiming to lift customer experience, improve service consistency, and reduce cost to serve.

Our Retail Operations & Transformation team are laser-focused on critical metrics - driving SAP support, efficiency of in-store operations, checkout performance and play a key role with new store openings & ownership changes across all three banners.
As our Workforce & Analytics Manager, you'll play a critical role in improving how our stores operate day-to-day.
You'll lead a team delivering data-led insights and practical solutions that ensure stores have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, operations, and workforce strategy - helping lift customer experience, improve service consistency, and reduce the cost to serve across our retail network.
